1. Inspection & Quality Claims

Because we are a manufacturer selling products at factory cost prices, we typically operate under EXW/DAP trade terms.

• Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order via air express, please inspect every single item carefully.
• 7-Day Window: If there are any quality issues, you must contact us within one week of receipt.
• Required Evidence: Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue and send them to: jamessu@dinhuey.com.
• Resolution: Our production department will investigate the claim. Once confirmed, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement in your next order.

2. Post-Sale Responsibility

Please note that we do not provide a guarantee or accept returns for products once they have been sold to your end consumers.

Why? Retailers who offer "lifetime guarantees" typically add a 7–10x profit margin to cover the cost of replacements. Since we provide factory-direct pricing with minimal margins, we cannot absorb the costs of consumer-level wear and tear or secondary sales issues.

3. Acceptable Defective Rate

In the jewelry industry, a minor defective rate (such as a stone falling out) can occur even with luxury brands like Cartier or Bulgari.

• Our Quality Control (QC) department inspects every piece before dispatch to ensure stones are properly inlaid and the product passes checking.
• While we work tirelessly to lower the defective rate, a tiny percentage of defects is inherent to mass production. We appreciate your understanding of these industry standards.

4. Extended Service for Your Clients

To boost sales and customer satisfaction, we recommend offering your clients "Extended Service" by providing maintenance and care tips. Educating the end consumer on how to wear and care for jewelry during daily use is the best way to prevent issues and encourage repeat purchases.
