Terms governing use of this website and project discussions with DinHuey.

01

Website use

By using dinhuey.com, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access or infringe another party's rights.

02

Information and quotations

Website content is general manufacturing information, not a binding offer. A project becomes binding only when the parties confirm the quotation, specification, payment terms and any separate agreement.

Every commercial proposal is prepared for the requested design, material, quantity and delivery scope.

03

Designs and intellectual property

DinHuey retains rights in its website, photography, text, trademarks and original designs unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.

When submitting artwork, logos or references, you confirm your right to use them. Confidentiality, tooling ownership and exclusivity must be agreed in writing.

04

Samples and approvals

CAD files, renderings and samples are approval tools. The buyer must check names, dimensions, spelling, logos, materials, stones and finish before approval. Later changes may affect schedule and terms.

05

Third-party services

External links, carriers, customs, payment and other providers operate under their own terms. DinHuey does not control their content or availability.

06

Disclaimer and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, DinHuey is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from website use.

Manufacturing-project liability is governed by the confirmed agreement and applicable law. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

07

Changes and contact

We may update these terms on this page. Accepted project agreements remain governed by their own terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
