Custom Jewelry Packaging
Custom packaging is part of an OEM / ODM jewelry brief, not an afterthought. DinHuey coordinates the presentation and packing requirements with the approved jewelry design so each piece fits its packaging and can be identified during delivery.
01
Start with the jewelry dimensions
Share the product's dimensions, weight and construction before choosing a box or insert. A pendant with a chain needs a different layout from a ring or bracelet. Discuss how the jewelry will be held in place and whether the packaging needs to accommodate multiple sizes.
02
Define the brand presentation
Provide the logo in a usable artwork format, color references and any placement rules. Discuss boxes, pouches, inserts and printed cards as separate components. Confirm the proposed material and decoration method against a sample or agreed visual reference rather than relying on a screen color alone.
03
Check the complete packing set
Review the jewelry, protective wrapping, presentation packaging and outer shipping carton together. Confirm item labels, quantities per box and any assortment instructions. If you need a care card, its wording should match the actual metal, plating and stones rather than a generic jewelry care promise.
04
Confirm specifications for reorders
Keep an approved reference for dimensions, artwork, material and packing method. Reorders should identify the version to reproduce. Packaging quantities and schedules are confirmed separately where tooling, printing or material sourcing changes the overall production plan.
