Production and dispatch
Most DinHuey pieces are made to order. Production begins after the design, material specification and commercial terms are approved. Your quotation states the estimated production window.
After final quality control, we confirm the packing list and delivery details before releasing the shipment. Revisions, weekends and public holidays may affect the schedule.
Carriers and transit
We use established international express and freight partners according to destination, shipment size and declared value. Transit estimates begin when the carrier accepts the parcel, not when production starts.
Carrier delays, customs inspections and circumstances outside our control can extend delivery. Tracking is shared when available.
Packing
Each piece is inspected and individually protected. Standard export packaging is used unless approved private-label boxes, cards or pouches form part of your order. Confirm all delivery details before dispatch.
Duties and customs
Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and local compliance requirements are normally the recipient's responsibility unless a written quotation states otherwise. Contact us before ordering if your market requires particular declarations, certificates or labels.
Delivery issues
Inspect the carton on arrival. If it is visibly damaged, record photographs or video before opening and note the condition with the carrier where possible. Send us the tracking number and evidence promptly.
